These chewable tabs are an excellent alternative to those undesirable gummies. Use for working out or even on rest days. It says to take 3, but if you don't want to take 3, you can decrease that amount and still get the effectiveness of a great pump or rest day. They taste pretty good and no need to mix pre-workout powders. On a subscription, you can feel good as they are a terrific value.
