I never really got into the wireless chargers until I ordered this IBIS one.It does what it says charges the phone fast and the USB port on the back really do the trick. I also like that I'm not fighting and tripping over USB cables.I just it the phone in the charger which is like a small charging station. This made it really easy an convenient to use.It doesn't take up a lot of space and looks good on my beauty stand next to all my stuff. This works well with my case I have an otter box on a S7 it is a fairly thick case.And still charges with the case on the phone. The case is mod of a rubber-like plastic, not hard shell plastic.My husband has the iPhone X with a hard shell case and he has no issue with it charging his phone with the case on as well. So if you want a charger that you can charge up to 3 devices at once, That also doesn't take up a lot of space this may be the charger for you. It was for me.

While this product does what it should, three considerations:1) Placement onto the pads is important and not reliable. I place my devices and then check both and often have to adjust one or both of them so that they are charging correctly.2) The light indicator that charging is happening was designed by someone who is not bothered by bright or blinking lights. It is solid red when nothing is charging and when a phone begins to charge, an obnoxious blue light blinks/pulses constantly.3) In certain hotels, the bedside lamp contains an electrical plug. My belief is that the electrical flow is not high quality or consistent through such an outlet which this charging device is not always happy about. Sometimes I hear some kind of electrical whine or odd sound. Removing one or both of the phones and placing them again can resolve the odd noise.The device is thin but seemingly well made.Those were the major factors that impacted my rating. As others have stated, the speed for charge is not impressive, but leaving them on all night has resulted in fully charged phones in the morning every time--which meets my needs.

I have an iPhone 8 Plus, my husband has an iPhone 8 they are both capable of being charged via Qi. Having heard from others who had experienced excruciatingly slow charging via Qi, I did my homework and the IBIS seemed to the consensus favorite based on reviews.I'm very happy with it for these reasons:It comes on automatically when you place your phone on. While that may be the standard behavior of all Qi chargers, I don’t need to have to insert a lightning cable or tap a button to get my phone charged. Best of all, it charges fast! While not as fast as going through a cable, I'm satisfied with its ability to go from 50% to 90% in a little more than an hour.This is certainly not one of the more inexpensive ones. But it its performance speaks for there self

As other people stated, this product DOES NOT WORK. The Creator & Company are impeccable people, however I returned my product. The Device was unable to charge my Xs Max 6.5 & iPhone X at the same time. The ports are also unable to support the functions described in the description.I purchased two separate products from Best Buy: $200.00 Surge Protector & 125.00 Surge Protector. I made this purchase to see if the Device needed an "Expensive Power Supply." The product was still unable to "act as described."The look is breathtaking and the design is sleek, it doesn't work though. I wish I could've kept this product, it pains me to leave this review.

I’ve recently purchased my iPhone 8 Plus and wanted to get into the Wireless Charging gig for the first time. As always I went to amazon first. I knew what Specs I wanted in the charger to match my phone and this was the most interesting product I came across. After reading the product details I felt sold on the device and decided to buy. Moving forwards to receiving the product. I was very impressed at the start. Immediately I noticed the product has a unique Apple Fancy qerk to it. It has a nice weight to it and it has nicely placed and illuminated status LEDs. Additionally the charging pad has many additional output charging possibilities. It’s USB A , C , Micro, and Mini capable lol that’s hugly impressive. USB C being input only provides the best wireless charging experience and provides full output charging features for other ports. I for the most part would recommend this is anyone looking for a wireless pad for capable devices. My only complaint was my USB C cable must have been randomly defective and did not provide power to the base however I could charge still with the Micro USB but lost speed and a few functions. That being said I can say hands down the seller and his company have the best Customer Service I have ever ... ever witnessed/experienced. They went above and beyond any other service to make sure I was satisfied and I’m not exaggerating when I say this, they not only replaced the defective components immediately and apologetically but they provided incentive for future purchases as well. This company has won my future business no questions. I’m very happy with my experience purchasing from this company and the owner is an prime example of business excellence. If your interested in a Dual wireless charging pad I urge you to stop here and consider this device. I have zero doubts you will be as impressed as I am.

Very slow charging rate. I am using the supplied charging block that came with the item. Supposedly fast charge - but it provides only 0.5A to my phone. My USB cable charger provides 1.2-1.4 A. So charging on Qi pad is so slow. I bought this one since they provide their own charging block - that is a big plus, since others don't provide a charging block. But it does not seem to help.Also, The item cannot charge 3 phones at once. When connecting the third device via cable to USB outlet, this device does not charge at all. I presume it cannot maintain charging all 3 phones.Other things: The item arrived heavily scratched on the plastic surface. Looks like its used - or returned item. There is a plastic film, but couple of scratches went through.
