I was so happy with my purchase of this Kovnlo jacket. I was surprised at how well it fit. The battery already came mostly charged and only took a little while to completely charge the rest of the way. I was impressed with how fast the jacket heated up and provided my body with instant warmth. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable fit. It is also very easy to use and functions as expected.

The future of jackets. I put all my others away in the closet. This one is the warmest regarding how cold it is, and I can use the battery to charge my phone as well. It's a win win.

I've tried a few heated jackets in the past (big tool brands and "off" brand), but they always fell short in some area. They were either not warm enough, so bulky that layering wasn’t practical for extreme cold, or they were ok but the sapre batteries were $60!! The drawstring waist allows for easy adjustments. I chose the large for a trim fit, again for layering.• Selectable Heat Zones: A standout feature! You can control the front, back, and neck individually, optimizing comfort and conserving power.• Discreet Design: There's an option to turn off the LED lights - a big plus if you prefer not to draw attention (or look like a dork).• Power Bank Flexibility: While it comes with a slim, 10000mah power bank, you can use virtually any USB-A 5V/2A+ power bank, which adds convenience and versatility and assurance that you will always be able to find a spare power bank.A Few Minor Drawbacks:• The cuffs lack cinches for a snug fit.• No thumb loops on the cuffs, which would have been a nice touch for added utility.• No heated pockets. While this isn’t a big deal for me, I thought it was worth mentioning for those who might want this feature and I didn’t feel like two cons was enough.Great Customer Service:One of the highlights of my experience was the responsive customer service. Amy from KOVNLO replied to a question I had about the zone buttons within hours, which was impressive and reassuring.Overall, the KOVNLO fleece strikes the perfect balance between warmth, functionality, and layering capability. While there’s room for a few minor improvements, it’s a well-designed and thoughtfully crafted product that I highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this jacket after downsizing my wardrobe and I love the versatility of this jacket. I was initially concerned that it wouldn’t be able to replace some of my warmer jackets but it’s amazing how well the jacket insulates and heats up.It is powered by a power bank that can be used for charging your phone in emergencies and the jacket heats up instantly. The three temperatures and locations allows a level of control that allows me to stay comfortable and cozy.The jacket is also extremely well constructed. It’s lightweight yet warm and insulating. Very durable and high quality. The fit is true to size and looks good.Overall, I’d recommend this jacket to anyone looking for warmer options and not wanting something too bulky.

Recipient loves it and keeps her warm but wished had a longer battery life. She uses it at work cause the boss likes to have the office cold all the time.

Nice warmth from a comfy coat. With the battery the coat is a bit heavier than average, this does not detract from the effectiveness of the jacket. The warming from the collar is my fave. I can use all settings at once, or individual areas as I choose. Each area can have it's own setting or be off. Nice for being out in cooler weather or grabbing a quick vape outside.

Overall everything seemed pretty good, the zone buttons are handy and the ability to turn off the lights in the button is a nice feature. Unfortunately the size ran pretty small so I didn’t get to actually use the jacket and returned it the next day.
