I injured my hand and wrist while golfing some time ago and rebuilding strength in it had been an issue. I love this product and what it's done for my hand and wrist. I've been able to use it for about a month now and where I was once not able to tightly grip objects, my strength has easily been increased by 50%. The set came with multiple items but I really love the ball. I bought the set thinking I would be using standard hand grip but instead I ended up loving the ball. Really great set. Love it!

The finger exerciser and the grip exerciser work nice. The finger exerciser is set at a good tension; challenging but not intimidating, and I like the adjustable nature of the grip exerciser. The plastic finger exercisers, however, broke really quickly after just a few uses.

I had no issues, until until today. I will say I've used the adjustable hand exerciser a lot, but the spring broke just shy of four months. I really thought it would last a lot longer than that. Everything else in the kit seems to be holding up pretty well.

I bought this to help my elderly mother who suffers from arthritis in her hands. Mom was a factory worker who had to pull gloves and balloons off of molds all day and she did this job for about 20 years. Now that she is in her 70's her hands are very weak and don't bend very well. I thought this would be the perfect gift to help her get some mobility back in her hands. So far she is loving the egg. She has tried the finger stretcher bands but they are a little too much for her at the moment. I have been using the 2 squeeze machines and I like the trigger one with the adjustable tension the best. Great products for both mom and I to enjoy.

The media could not be loaded.  I got mine Hand grip set in the mail today and I love it. I like to lift weights but my grip on certain exercises is not that great this product is definitely going to help. The build quality on this is awesome It comes with a lot of extra little bonuses to me that's a plus I will definitely recommend this to anyone.

Very useful and effective kit. I was cleared by the physician to begin post-surgery strengthening for the hand.
