Good Quality and Works Well
After pulling two bearings in a tractor transmission I knew this was a good purchase. Easy to use--threads and steel are good quality. The amount of purchase on the race seems better than other kits that only have the narrower-shaped expanders. Yes, the slide hammer could be longer and heavier (as other reviewers have said), but it's appropriate for what the kit is intended for. It's not an axle puller, and sometimes a B_H isn't the right tool for the job. Only problem was that the "T" pin in the slide hammer end came out--not enough to give lesser rating.

Worked for my need.
Same as many of the other reviews. The slide hammer is nearly useless, too light and short. The puller did get my bearing out. I needed a blind hole puller that would go larger than 1.5". It appears the options are one of the many identical to this one, or $900+ ones. I was looking for something in the middle. Went with this one, and it did do the job. Case is OK, maybe better than I'd expected for the low price.

Nice build quality, worked worked great
Bought this to remove the bearings inside my dodge 208d transfer case. Was able to remove them all using both the slide hammer and the 2 leg puller. Would honestly say Im more impressed with how well these worked. Only thing I did notice was the puller doesnt always like to stay perfectly straight up once you start putting pressure on the bearing, but was mostly able to help assit it by holding it in place while tightening. Other wise the build quality on this set is pretty nice and stays true with each piece

Had to mod the tool but then did the job
The tool is okay and like other reviews it is a bit wobbly. See pictures where I had to file down some pieces to make them fit and square off edges to grap. Note this was for a linkage on a motocross bike.

Junk...don't waste your money
Purchased to pull a blind pilot bearing during a clutch replacement. This tool is poorly designed and of poor quality... slopped shoulder doesn't allow the puller to get a good grip on the bearing, causing the puller to slip out. Puller deformed without making any progress on removing the bearing. The slide hammer seems okay. Overall, a complete waste of money. I ended up using the bread technique which had the bearing out in under 5 minutes. If you need a bearing puller, go with a different design and stay away from this.

Great tool. More than worth the money.
Used this twice now. It works great. The T-handle portion of mine fell out before I even used it. Nothing a little JB Weld can't fix. Otherwise I'm very happy. Just need a bit more practice using it and it should serve me for decades.

Good tool for unique problems
Worked great to pull a blind bearing out of a 231 Transfer case that I was rebuilding. Plenty of sizes to fit most applications. If used correctly, I think it should be durable to last for most of my projects. Probably not the kit you want if need to use everyday, but for the home mechanic who may use this once a year, I think it's fine! I did knock one star because the smallest die was cut a little off center. Not sure if I would ever have to use this one anyways, but the quality control could have been better. Overall... a good value for the money!

Works well. The only down side for me was the slide hammer shaft could have been a bit longer. Other than that it's all good. I will most likely make a longer shaft for it. For the more stubborn bearings.

Worked great for pulling rocker arm shafts out of dirtbike engine when the junk I rigged up wouldn’t do it. Happy with it should have bought years ago and I could have saved breaking a bunch of stuff 🙈

Seems like decent quality tools. Case feels much stronger than most others I've gotten for different things. Great deal.

Purchased this to avoid the $200+ cost of a proper motorcycle wheel bearing puller kit or taking the wheels to a shop. Due to the spacer behind the wheel bearings and a rather thick shoulder on the "puller collet", this system would not grab the wheel bearings without cutting a channel between the spacer and bearing using a rotary grinder tool. The "pulling jaws" are very loose and sloppy making it very difficult to pull tight bearings straight out without the jaws twisting and falling over, forcing me to use the slide hammer. With some persistence and brute force, the slide hammer was somewhat effective (although I was hoping to avoid using this), but would be more effective if the slide was longer to allow the generation of more speed and force. The female portion of the slide hammer that threads onto the "puller collet" had to be tapped out to thread more smoothly and the pin on the slide hammer handle repeatedly came loose and fell out. I had 4 wheels so had to remove a total of 8 bearings. In the end, I was able to use this tool to remove a bearing from one side of each wheel, remove the spacers and then punch out the second bearings from behind. So with some "MacGyvering" (and some cursing....) it did the job. The kit does accommodate a wide range of bearing sizes, provided there is enough clearance to get the tool in behind the bearings to grab them.

This is a piece of junk, do not buy! The first time I tried to use it to remove a bearing the collet I was using bent and broke. I was not putting tons of pressure on it, was just tightening it into place and the steel collett bent and was unusable.
