Q: How many of each size do you get?

As a minimum: 12 of the 2", 6 of the 4", and 2 of the 5". This is to my best knowledge. I've got some on various things around the house, and I'm not sure if I found them all.

Q: Do they break after many uses and especially after being used in the freezer? Could someone with arthritis open and close them?

I have not yet had a clip break on me and I use them daily. Yes, I have used them in the freezer and no, they have not broken. I do have arthritis in my fingers and I have had no problems opening them. If you squeeze the end together a bit before flipping it open it makes it easy. Using a large enough clip helps too. A CLIP THAT IS TOO SMALL FOR THE BAG MAY BE HARD TO OPEN with arthritis. Otherwise, no problems at all.
