I honestly love this thing. I didn't know this type of cutting board existed. I have super sharp knives now, and I have yet to see a single scratch in the material. Nothing sticks to it. It does slide a little bit but nowhere near as bad as the plastic one I had before did. It's also super light, easy to store, and extremely easy to clean. A quick rinse and a wipe and you're done, seriously. Plus... It's big! If I had to give one negative, the juice grooves are a bit of a joke because the slightest movement is going to cause it to pour right out, and anything beyond a small amount of juice will overtop it but... Seriously, the smallest of issues and absolutely not worth taking it down a star. Fantastic product and absolutely recommend having at least one of these things as your every day beatsr board. It's easy to use and will likely last me a very very long time. No more plastic particles in my food and unsightly scratched up cutting boards that are actively damaging my knives! Absolutely recommend. If you're on the fence... Buy this!

Love these. No scratches from knives. easy to clean! I don't put these extra large cutting boards in the dishwasher but I could. These are thicker than the smaller TPU cutting boards I purchased and the right size for most uses. My wife has also used them as a mat for hot pans and backing dishes out of the oven. I would recommend these ten times over, you can't go wrong with these cutting boards.

I've only had the CHEFEAT cutting mat for a few weeks, but I've been happily using Kitchen Gizmo TPU mats for over 10 years. One of my old mats cracked but Kitchen Gizmo no longer seems to exist. After some research I decided on the CHEFEAT -- I like having two mats. Over my 50 years of cooking I'v had boards and mats of all types and sizes: wood, bamboo, stone, and plastic. TPU is my favorite. I'm not crazy about the black color, but they will probably hide stains better than my Gizmo red and orange mats. And those markings, not inches or centimeters, are hilarious. Who designed them? Knife marks will appear with time. When I use my heavy cleaver to cut up a chicken, I put a cheap plastic mat over the TPU one and whack away. There were some churlish complaints from other reviewers. One complained about how it absorbed smells. Really? I never noticed any aromas, but then I wash mine after each use like I would with any board or mat. One user complained that the channel was a joke. The mat is only 1/8" thick. How deep a channel could there be? Only thick and heavy wooden boards can have a deep channel. If I'm slicing something particularly juicy, I put the mat inside a baking sheet. This is not perfect since the mat is slightly larger than the sheet, but I don't cut up a roast beef much anymore. The mat will slip if you push it from an edge, but who does that? I've NEVER had a slippage problem during normal cutting and my counter is granite. It never occurred to me to put the mat into the dishwasher, not because I was nervous about warping, but because it's too big, floppy, and awkward to get it in there. The mat is not perfect. I wish it were slightly thicker, a little smaller, and had markings that were functional. But, overall, and certainly for the price, it's fine and I expect it to last for years.

Love this cutting board! Definitely buying more! It is super thick and durable! It is flexible and folds enough for me to pour diced veggies into my pans or containers. Leaves no marks on the surface. I also like how it stays in place because it has some weight to it!

Looks great, super convenient to use, kind to my knives and resistant to scratches. Love that it’s lightweight and flexible. After using, items can easily be transferred to bowl or pan. Cleans easily in the dishwasher.

I ordered an expensive rubber cutting board and this one and sent the fancy-pants one back! This is an excellent board--easy to store, quiet, easy to clean. Will have to see how long it lasts but love it now.

like the size of this board, but its slippery and needs a towel underneath it. wish it had a little more natural grip/TPU is a nice cut feel -don't put it into the dishwasher, because it warps. should be made a little thicker, it'd be nice if it was 1/2" thick.

Al momento l'ho usato per tagliarci le verdure, è veramente comodo, facile da pulire e non resta segnato dal coltello, vedremo se dura nel tempo.

Het is echt een enorme lap! Geweldig fijn materiaal - het is bijna bouncy. Mijn Japanse messen van vlijmscherp, maar bros staal, varen hier super wel bij. De mat kan tegen kokend water en hij krijgt bijna geen snijkrassen, gaat dus lang mee en is super hygienisch.

Cela fait maintenant plus de six mois que je l'utilise. J'ai pourtant des couteaux, une feuille de boucher, un couteau japonais et un couteaux à pain que j'ai faits aiguiser par un affuteur professionnel, la planche est à l'état neuf. Je ne sais pas comment c'est possible, c'est vraiment impressionnant. Ce n'est pas donné, mais par rapport à des planches qui s'abîment à la première utilisation et deviennent des nids à bactéries, c'est d'une qualité infiniment supérieure.

Me lo aspettavo più rigido ed invece è proprio flessibile. Va bene e soprattutto e facilmente lavabile. Ovviamente non puoi usare un machete
