I have 4 dogs and as you can imagine the carpets get filthy, especially when its been raining and the little darlings come indoors. My carpets are beige, well, at least I thought they were. After using this shampoo, the carpets were brought back to their original pale cream. I highly recommend this stuff, and it smells lovely as well. Makes everything smell and look clean. I will most definitely be buying this again. YES it does remove that damp doggy smell, YES it does leave the carpets clean, and YES it does have a delicate lemon perfume that lasts for days. LOVE IT

For the price I was a bit sceptical but I'm glad I read the reviews and ordered this product.I live with 2 under 4 years old, 2 kittens and my husband... this product cleans my carpets better than the rug doctor one I've been using for a while. My darling husband drips drinks etc as he walk into other rooms (I can trace the migratory patterns of him), my girls as you'd expect drop food all over my dining room carpet and slosh cat food as they "feed" the kittens. The rug doctor detergent seen me repeatedly going over certain patches to mostly get them out- using this was a breeze, came out first time! The nice smell left afterwards was a nice addition and when dry, the carpet feels nicer under foot than post rug doctor clean too.I know what I'm buying when this runs out, which lets face it won't be for ages as I've bought a vat of it now lol!This makes cleaning all of downstairs a doddle so I'm more likely to do it just for a freshen up than just to get marks out. 10/10.

I wasn't sure about purchasing this over Bissell's own carpet shampoo and wondered if the 2 large bottles of Mylek Ultima wouldn't just be a watered down version. Ah well I decided to throw caution to the wind and at least give it a try. I am so glad I did as it's proved to be not just up to the standard of Bissell but has surpassed it. I was really impressed with how it brought up a carpet that get's a heavy footfall, often with dirty and wet outdoor shoes and had become several shades deeper than it's original colour. There were a couple of stains on it that I had gone over and over with other shampoo products but they didn't make much of a difference. I can't, hand on heart, say this product lifted them entirely from the carpet but it has helped fade them so they aren't as noticeable. Maybe with another couple of applications they may disappear! I had seriously been looking at replacing the carpet but this product has given it a new lease of life and I am more than happy to give it five stars and a positive endorsement.

In my household there are three children under 16, 4 cats and 2 adults and I find myself washing my carpets regularly and using the Vax branded products, although very good was becoming expensive. I decided to buy this as a cheaper alternative and have to say it works just as well as the Vax carpet wash pulling all dirt out of my carpets leaving them looking brighter and cleaner but also smelling fresh. The Lemon scent is not overpowering (although it's not the natural, fresh lemon scent I expected, more a lighter, slightly medicinal scent but it's certainly not unpleasant).

My first time using this product. I used my Vax carpet/upholstery cleaner to clean a bedroom carpet and a sofa. I used the same amount of cleaner as recommended for my usual Vax product and the results were exactly the same. I couldn't believe I got the same results for a product that is so reasonable priced. Highly recommended. Buy it, try it, you will not be disappointed.

This is a very good product that does its job very well. My wife says it's the best she has used and that his high praise.It's also a very cheap price compared to some of the others and it has always been delivered within a couple of days using the standard delivery.So a definite 5 star.

Arrived well packaged. Carpet shampoo solution used in Vax carpet machine. Cleaned carpets well and definitely removed cat piss odours but didn't remove cat piss stains. Was very concerned that orange coloured solution would stain my cream Berber carpet but my fears unfounded. Left a faint smell of citrus but definitely not overpowering. Used 50ml solution to 1L of water, good product and would buy again solely to remove cat piss odour.

Purchased a carpet cleaner which had a sample bottle of shampoo with it, on looking to purchase more of this shampoo which was quite pricey for the quantity supplied I decided to look at reviews on other shampoos and this one came out top so thought I would try it. I am so glad that I did it lived up to all that was said about it, great value, nice fresh smell, does the job.

Works pretty well in an extraction cleaner. The smell is strange to me - not really unpleasant but not like other 'lemon' scents I have experienced. The aroma is not overpowering thankfully and didn't linger so it's pretty unimportant. I would buy this again although 10 litres of carpet cleaner concentrate goes a long way and next time I might try the other fragrance.

Lovely fresh fragrance and actually cleans our carpet too. With two big dogs (and their dirty paws), 4 cats, 2 children and a messy other half, this is the best product by far to clean my beige carpet with. Works much better in my rug doctor cleaner then the rug doctor product. Highly recommend.

I know everyone is scoring this product very, very highly but all I can do is say that the dirty water that this produces is no where near as dirty as when I use the Vax shampoo. So, either the Vax shampoo is formulated to turn a muddy grey once it's been in water for 5 minutes (a clever idea I think!) or it releases more muck from the carpet. I appreciate it is much cheaper than other brands but having washed loads and loads of carpets now, I'm not convinced it does the best job.

I have a very pale carpet and. Dirty pawed little pooch! I had given up on the stains even with a steamer. I tried this product neat by hand (not machine) on my carpet and it not only cleaned all stains but left no watermark and seems to prevent further dirt penetrating for several weeks. It has a nice smell. I am very pleased with it.

I'm using this in my Vax cleaner without diluting as it has its own chamber for the solution. I'm very pleased with the results, it brought my carpet out cleaner in my opinion. It has a nice smell but I found this wore off within a day but that's no issue.

Bought this for our Bissel, no problem with quality, have used it once & cleaned our carpet well & refreshing smell.Spot cleaner not used yet but confident it will be ok.

The carpet cleaning shampoo not just arrived on time but also I was getting text message alerts as to the precise time when it was going to be delivered. I am now done with the carpet cleaning and the outcome is absolutely fantastic. I will recommend this product as well as the seller to anyone who wishes to clean their carpets themselves.
