Acidic Color Gloss Sulfate-Free Shampoo for Color Protection and Shine To Help Extend Color & Shine for Color-Treated Hair

This shampoo has transformed my hair texture for the better! It enhances color retention, improves shine and thickness, lathers exceptionally well, and the fragrance is simply divine! I only wash my hair once a week, and the bottle has lasted me four months.

EDIT: You can tell by my review below that I really loved this shampoo. But now that some time has passed, I can report some problems. One is the fragrance. It smells much more like a light mens cologne than I like. 2. More importantly, I shampoo my hair daily because of very done hair and using mouse and hairspray daily. This shampoo caused my scalp to dry out a little and made it itchy. I fixed it with a tea tree oil treatment. But I don’t want to have to do them a lot. So I had to only use this every other day with a three day break in between. When something does something amazing for your hair, there’s always a pride beyond just the dollar amount. Oh well, just thought everyone should know. It still does great things for my hair itself. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Oh my gosh I’m SO glad I bought this shampoo. I’ve been using Pureology for damaged color treated hair for about a year. It made my color last but didn’t really do anything special besides color retention. Prime days are here so I tried Redkin acidic color gloss. The difference in the performance of the product is AMAZING! The Redkin made my hair SUPER shiny and manageable beyond my wildest expectations. I didn’t expect the improvement in manageability so I’m very happily surprised and I used the same spray and mouse that I always have. I was going to get my hair cut today and I don’t need to now. Using the blow dryer and curling iron, like I do every day, my hair held the curls 100% (or more) better and when I gave it a little hair spray it’s stayed put. I haven’t experienced this with a shampoo EVER. I was skeptical at first because the shampoo is a little thinner and didn’t lather up as well as the Pureology so I absolutely wasn’t expecting the results. It required very little shampoo. I used the same nickel spot as I do with Pureogy. I hesitated to use more. There was definitely “enough” lather, just not as much as I’m used to with Pureology. I’m not crazy about the scent overall. It’s not bad but for me it would have been better if the scent was a little fruity. If this shampoo retains color as well as Pureology, I’m SOLD and won’t use anything else. I have fine and a little bit thin hair and it’s really shiny and very manageable after using this shampoo. I felt I was in need of a cut today because it was falling limp the last week or so. Clearly, I’m a little bit stunned. I couldn’t find anywhere if it’s safe for everyday use. I sure hope so. With Pureology there was no improvement in the “performance” of my hair besides color retention. Just to prove I’ve used both products, I’ve included a photo of it on my messy counter. If I find my color fades I’ll update this review. Sorry if I’m a little overexcited over this. I’m just amazed lol.

I will say that I recently found out that this is cheaper at a local grocery store, so I am buying it from there now but the product itself is very nice. It did help. Maintain my black color after I died my hair. I didn’t really have a problem with the bottle ever leaking it closest properly and it matters really well. The conditioner that I bought along with. It is also very good and it made my hair. Feel very soft afterwards.

I have been using this along with Redken conditioner for about a month now and it’s excellent. It has a light, clean fragrance. It leaves hair shiny and soft without weighing it down.

Shampoo for colored treated hair. Have to keep it away from your eyes. Product was for a glossy finish not what I wanted. Too expensive

I love this product. I have the shampoo, conditioner, and spray. I noticed a difference after one use. After a month of using I had an appointment with my hair dresser and he kept saying my hair was looking so good and healthy. I have fine hair. It’s long and I have it dyed and highlights and this line has been awesome!

This was the best shampoo I’d ever used after coloring my hair, made my hair sooo soft. I don’t color my hair often but for sure will definitely use this when I do. Surprisingly very gentle on my scalp, I think it’s a great quality shampoo.

My hair stylist was shampooing my hair one and as she was rinsing the shampoo out of my hair she told me that she would be trying a new product on my hair. It would only take an extra fifteen minutes. I agreed and I tried to make myself comfortable with my head in the wash bowl. After the wait time she rinsed my hair and then dried it. Wow! My hair was beyond shiny. When I was home I couldn't stop looking at my shiny hair every time I walked by a mirror... and I have several mirrors in my small house. The next day I shampooed my hair and as I was blow drying it I thought, "There goes the shine,". But I was wrong. That beautiful shine lasted another couple of washes. I decided to surprise my three grown daughters with their own bottles of this special conditioner. One by one they called me thank me for this special gift of shiny hair. If you want extremely shiny hair, you must buy this!. You won't regret it and people will be complimenting you on your shiny hair.

Definitely cleanses the scalp and hair well. But makes it very rough. Also no gloss added at all to the hair

Adquiri este champoo porque a las pocas lavadas mi cabello tiende a volver los rubios cenizos en puntas ananjadas bastante desagradables, con este champoo se conserva el color por mucho más tiempo y así solo me doy un baño de color a los 35 dias aprox y el tinte general se puede retrasar hasta que halla más crecimiento, sin que el color cambie, respecto al brillo si he notado mi cabello un poquito menos opaco, rinde mucho independiente que mi cabello es muy corto y obviamente consumo poca cantidad en cada lavada. Continuaré adquiriendolo por medio de Amazon ya que lo encuentro a mejor precio.

Ça vaut vraiment le prix Non seulement mes cheveux sont plus en santé, plus doux et plus éclatants, mais j’ai vu une énorme différence dans ma pousse de cheveux. Il y a trois ans j’avais les cheveux un peu en dessous des épaules, et maintenant j’ai les cheveux aux fesses. Je crois vraiment que ça a un lien avec ce produit, car je n’utilise rien d’autre. Je recommande x1000!
