The face and crown of my daughter was cut off so bad it looked cheap and like a little kid cut it out, defiantly looked ghetto! I talked to customer service seems like they were trying to make it right but not sure why they don't have a phone number to contact you have to go back and forth through messages. You have to bother customer service everyday just to get a response and a legit answer, customer service agent through text told me to just wait for it to get here! Honestly there is so much back and forth, I will do myself a favor and NEVER order from this company again. I will make sure my family and friends Never go through the headache I been through by dealing with a company that cannot stick to there word. I even asked for a preview of the new one just to make sure it was not cut like the first one. Never got a response had to keep messaging for a response and when i did get the preview it wasn't even but out lol. I was like why it is not cut out. Exact response "oh it's cut out". Then why would you not send me the exact design "cut out of what i ordered" just to make sure I can see if they cut too much this time as well. Now I'm anxiously waiting to see what the final product will be when second one comes in. Honestly won't even matter because its set to come back the day before the event so at that point I will just have to deal with it. Smh I would give these zero stars if I could!

Great looking cutout! Good picture quality, material is very sturdy. We used this in the rain at a football game and it still looks good as new. The colors didn't run and the material didn't warp or break down at all.I took one star off of this review only because the cardboard it came in was punctured. Unfortunately the cut that it made was right in the face and at the bottom. It was usable and didn't look too bad. Other than that, I loved it!
