I really enjoyed this product! I'm new to this and I think this was a great beginner level paydirt. There was a good amount of gold and gemstones the price and it was a lot of fun. It's also so satisfying to see the gold together with the gemstones! The company does give more paydirt for a review, but I wouldn't give this a good review if I hadn't thoroughly enjoyed it. I had a great time going through it and I sluiced everything multiple times to make sure I didn't miss anything. I'm also very pleased with the range of size of the gold pieces. There are plenty of larger ones, so you still get something even if you miss the smaller flakes. I'm definitely considering buying more bags.

This bag is already refined down to smaller sands for easy beginnings. The gems are prefaceted and jump right out at you as soon as you dump the bag. The gold is a very subtle amount of fine flakes. For value I get it a 2 because the gems are not of significant value and the amount of gold so low the ROI is super low. The bag is meant for beginners but is over double the cost of the value and mainly just for different kinds of practice. However I did get a card that would give me an additional 2 bags of paydirt to pan and then I would feel it is worth it upon receiving them.

Me and my 7 year old been watching gold mining shows on tv all quarantine. When we found out about Golden paydirt and we can buy some paydirt we got really excited. When we got our paydirt it seemed a little small but once we opened it and started padding it what a surprise. My son found six beautiful gems the expression in his face when he found them was well worth it. When we finished panning we got three pickers and about 17 colors in our pan. I know I didn't buy this to get money back but hearing my son thinking he is rich and saying he's going to buy me a house with the gold he found to me it's priceless.

The gems were nice and cut the gold was less than two dollars so im not real impressed another joke from goldn paydirt

Looks enticing. Nice packaging. Not enough larger size nuggets. Kids enjoyed it I mixed with sand sifted it. Was unusual good birthday activity for party. Gold mining. Kids loved it.

First off I am not an expert panner by any means but I am going to save the dirt for a fine gold pan. As of the paydirt was awesome, now I got the bag to do with my kids so I got the gems and gold. They had a blast finding all the gems. Definitely will be going to buy more. All in all the quality of the paydirt was worth it to me. I recommend this product to anyone that wants to have a good time and find some cool gems and gold.

This was the saddest bag of paydirt I've ever bought. I got more gold out of a $10 bag than this. I realize that you're not gonna make your money back but 2 flakes of gold is pretty ridiculous.

Having the Rocky Mountains as my back yard, I've always had an interest in gold prospecting. Recently I've been watching video and reading articles to learn more about gold prospecting. I figured I should give it a try and practice at the house before going out and giving it a try. I searched online for pay dirt and stumbled across this. The yield of gold was actually surprising. This product was overall relatively easy to help understanding the concepts of panning for gold. Will buy in future and will definitely recommend to others interested in getting into prospecting.
