I love this stuff. It has a good umami and has a little bit of a kick from the black pepper (my favorite spice). I add it to beef or chicken stir fry and it adds that back note flavor that makes the dish delicious. I buy it in the three jar pack because I use it a lot. I can't find this in my local markets anymore and was so happy to find it on Amazon. Give it a shot. You won't be disappointed.
