Note: I don't really write reviews, but I was so blown away felt the need mid-snack.These pretty much made me cry, and not just because they're so hot. Their texture and taste bring me back to the days when I used to eat flamin' hot cheetos with abandon..disregarding the beef powder. Yes, they're pricey, but you get what you pay for: quality, select ingredients. As another reviewer said, I'd buy em in bulk if I could (afford to). Highly recommend, especially to those fellow junk food vegans out there.

I originally bought these because of the reviews claiming they are healthier hot Cheetos. Yes and no. Yes they have a slight tang and are similar texture, but no because the flavor is very different. I think it’s more of a tangy smoky bbq-like flavor. I was surprised when I first tried them with the expectation of hot Cheetos. I would say try these without that expectation. You will find they are delicious and comparing ingredients with these and Cheetos, I will take these “Cheetos” any day!!

My wife and I were curious to try these since she missed this kind of snack, and being plant based we don't really get many junk foods. The surprise was that they didn't taste like we expected, but even better than we thought! They have a nice spicy kick at the end and a good crunch. I also thought the price was for one bag, but it was a box of four, which was a good surprise and justified the cost. Overall a good snack for anybody looking for something different and who still get those terrible bad food cravings.

Love beans and bean chips but usually not this spicy. When I do crave spicy, it's tasty enough, but prefer even healthier product. Dislike how food companies always add a little sugar in everything. Dislike smoke flavor(may be ultimately unhealthy). Prefer cleaner ingredients for the price.Others in house do like spicy often. I would buy for them if price were better. Price seems quite high for common ordinary ingredients like the oils used,... $20 a pound for bean chips? I think it should be made with better ingredients for the price. And missing one bag in shipment.

My wife and I LOVE this product and buy it by the armfuls when we shop at our local Kroger. You can't beat the flavor, and the healthy aspect of this product. It's like a dream come true.Sadly, what I received from Amazon seemed much more stale than what we get in stores, as if the product was sitting too long and lost all it's flavor. I was disappointed, since I thought buying it on Amazon would help keep me stocked on this newly-founded Peatos addiction.Not sure if I'd buy it again over Amazon.

I love Cheetos but can't eat them anymore, and this is just every bit as good.I got the Fiery Hot flavor one, it is quite true to its name. The chips are crunchy, with some body. I can definitely tell that it's made from pea, if you ever had pea chips, it has that kind of texture, but a bit drier, less oily, thus crunchier. I am at awe how this is so flavorful without any cheese or cheese flavored.The package arrived promptly, in a box of 4. I think I will try other flavors next.

Oh my gosh!!!I’m vegan and have missed hot Cheetos... I stopped eating hot Cheetos way before I was vegan bc let’s be real it’s just a bunch of junk... so I haven’t had Cheetos in yearssss.These hit the spot l and they’re so yummy and healthy!! Thanks Peatos!! I would like more of the coating tho :)

There's not much more I can add that hasn't already been said. I was never into cheetos, so I can't compare; I stumbled upon this product because I enjoy harvest snaps bean crisps, and prefer healthier snacks like rice cakes. But I have a new favorite.Fiery hot and Chili cheese are my flavors of choice.Amazon's current stock of these as of July 19 are a bit older (quality is unaffected), these now ship with 33% more, as I have been buying them in a local store as well.Edit: Ranch is amazing, but Fiery hot is still my favorite.
