So first the bad...The black rods are kinda useless in my opinion. They are short they have some small adapter that makes it so you can connect two this also somewhat doubles as a handle when you don't have it in that configuration... In reality you cannot connect them and use the toy like that its way to flimsy and bendy. The product pictures are also somewhat useless since you see a hand in one photo several times larger than an adult cat everything was clearly just copy and pasting of different images. not a huge deal but it makes it harder to know what you are actually buying.Since the directions don't exist and the product pictures are not all that revieling its possible I just don't know how to properly use these toys but at this point that isn't my fault it is theirs. I'm not a cat toy expert by day and don't have time to be. it needs to be simple enough that nobody can get confused or come with directions. I believe I do know how to use it though and its just not good.THAT SAID..This included ONE really nice probably the best I've every used cat wand. Its basically just an extendable fishing poll and the toys attach with fishing line and hooks. All of the many toys can connect to the good wand. The cats cannot see the string at all compared with the black ones. The toys are high quality and don't rip apart as fast as others (our kitten goes for kill bites and will eat the entire toy if we don't get it back from him quick enough) The toys seem to actually fly through the air... OH, AND some have bells and some do not. this is a nice feature for some cats. Also like most wand toys if you wave the wand back and forth quickly it makes the sound of a bird flapping its wings.... that is kinda hard with some toys. this one is just a slight movement of the hand and the toy seems like its actually flapping at the same time... best wand ever. If they sell separate at a better deal than with the other junk wands go for it instead otherwise $15 for this setup is a great deal.

Because I love it and so do my cats, it gets 5 stars. But there are some issues. 5 stars goes to the purple feather and orange/brown feather attachments (they truly mimic birds or butterflies in flight) - as well as the brown natural feathers and boa tail attachments. However, the other bright color ones must have some taste from the dye, as my cats loved them until the got them in their mouth. After that, they were all a no go. They haven't really chewed on the purple one in case you're wondering. And as the orange is at the top, it's not really an issue as the long brown feathers is what they go for with that one. The red handle retractable wand is the only one that really works. The other two, which are identical, both break after 1-3 uses. Lastly, all the feather attachments that got any play time all came apart from the loop and bead that attaches them to the fishing line. When this happened, I took a pin and poked it through the soft plastic cap. After making the initial hole, then threaded a small paper clip through it and use that to attach to the loop, which attaches to the wand. This fixes it, but makes it a little bit more harsh in terms of hitting the cat. There's more metal so has a bit more weight in the swing it that makes sense. Will try wrapping clip in tape to see if that 'softens' it a bit. All this said, I still feel it's worth the money just for the wand and the 4-5 feather attachments. I gave one as a gift.

I can't believe all the positive reviews! I was quite surprised when I received a broken wand and several broken attachments. Maybe I received someone elses return?? The red pole is not very sturdy...it's very thin and flimsy. When I put some of the attachments on they broke where you hook them almost immediately. And it wasn't even while my cat pulled on them. Rather it was when I started to swing the pole.I had another very long & sturdy pole/wand toy with attachments that lasted forever. Unfortunately it was accidentially left behind when we moved. (I sure wish I remembered the name or where I bought it.)What a cheap and worthless item this is. I have 2 very disappointed kitties. Too bad.

While the cats love them and the main pole (the red one) is made well, the others come apart and there is no way to rejoin them both the two sticks together and the top piece that hold the feathers together. The hook attachment (to attach each feather) is similar to a small safety pin and worries me somewhat although none of them opened. The feathers are easily destroyed and they don't last past two days of use. The cats did love them though while they lasted (two weeks).UPDATE: The main pole broke as well. It is a metal sleeve that slips on the tip. It came off.

This was easily the best wand toy I have ever purchased. The wands screwed together, rather than just snap together, so the wand stays together. The price is really great, I have bought several of these from pet stores, and you get one wand, and one feather, for 10 bucks, and here you get 3 wands, and 11 feathers for 15!!!! And most importantly, my cats LOVE these toys. I highly recommend this product.

I love all the options with this kit. My cat likes to play with the teaser and when he’s done he puts the end in his mouth and walks off with it and usually ends up breaking the teaser within a week.This kit has lots of spare ends and are easy to replace so we can keep using the teaser even after he destroys the ends.

I think they’re great because my cats love them but also I have a love/hate relationship because the feathers themselves fall apart pretty easy after they’ve chewed on them a few times. The one stick that’s red has a nice handle but the other black ones are super long and uncomfortable to hold.

this is terrible quality. he one long wand (red one in the picture) snapped after just a handful of very light rounds of use. all the attachments go with that wand so more than half of what i bought is now essentially useless.
