I am always in a rush and fairly distracted a lot so these are a great "fix" and realistic for my lifestyle. No mixing or time involved. Customize what you need easily. While I like the idea of several other products, these do a terrific job, especially if you have diverticulitis, didn't get to eat a lot of vegetables that day, and need to keep up your fiber!! Drink a nice tall glass of water with them, and consume some healthy fat like olive oil during the day and I think you'll love these.

Amazing flavor and dose what you will need it to do, i had problems going to the bathroom and these have helped big time! I take 3 a day the labor says you can take up to 6 a day. I highly recommend this product for anyone who’s having trouble going to the bathroom!

These are Yummy! I can't believe these are a fiber gummy, other brands are so chalky so i usually have to choke them down. Now i have to stop myself from eating more than 2 🤣 (or you will be sorry) Really has helped my stomach issues. Highly recommended! My go-to fiber gummy!

I developed IBS years ago and it's been finding things that helped off and on. Metamucil worked wonderfully but I hated drinking big glasses if gritty orange stuff. It didn't taste bad but it was gritty but it did help with IBS, I had to drink 3, 8oz glasses every day as recommended by my doctor. It completely healed my ibs while I could drink that anyway.I ordered this and immediately it started working. The day I took a full dose, I was regular or leaving towards constipation. It also gave me pretty bad stomach cramps. I've since started taking solimo fiber and it works without the cramps.Recommended for those who don't have IBS.

This product is effective for irregularity but the price has increased from around $13 to $51!

The texture is softer than average gummies kind of dissolved. The taste is bearable not bad. Definitely works for constipation over night.TMI, I'm very irregular. I took 2 gummies last night at around 8pm and woke up in middle of the morning at around 4am gassy with stomach cramps. The gas was very smelly but I did eventually go. I think next time I will take 1x gummy and see if it's easier on my stomach.

These are the best tasting gummies I’ve ever tried. There is no grittiness or after taste. The texture is not overly chewy or too soft. The flavor is really delicious. I’m also very happy to note that they work and don’t cause me any problems. Im on my 5th or 6th repurchase.

Amazing product!! TMI but I would go poop maybe every 3 days. I would have the urge to go for 3 days but couldn’t poop. I constantly felt bloated, my stomach was hard from the constipation. I now go 2xs a day. I highly recommend!
