I love Relic whey protein shake mixes.
Relic whey protein shake is very satisfying and delicious as a meal supplement. It's easy to add a scoop or two in water, almond milk or any liquid, fruit etc. I have purchased vanilla and dark chocolate very pleased with both flavors.

Taste great and easy on the stomach.
