Product does what it is supposed to do. Keeps me current and up to date on my urine so I don’t have to run to the doctor or lab until I know my levels ate off or know I have a UTI. Easy to use. Convenient.

Better quality than expecting. Good for checking for UTI's or blood in urine or leukocytes. Tell your PCP for any abnormal readings so they can recheck at the docs.

For keto diets, beyond the measurement of ketones, the Test-Strips provides urinary pH and specific gravity measurements. Specific Gravity measures the concentration of solutes in the urine. Abnormal levels may indicate dehydration or kidney issues. pH is very important; normal urine pH is around 6, but variations can occur. Extremely acidic or alkaline pH levels may indicate certain health conditions. The Keto diet, characterized by high fat and protein intake coupled with low carbohydrate consumption, stimulates the production of acidic metabolites. Ensuring a safe keto diet is imperative, as failure to maintain proper body pH balance during the diet may result in various issues.Elevated levels of leukocytes, blood and nitrite may suggest a urinary tract infection or inflammation.Abnormal levels of urobilinogen and bilirubin may suggest liver disease. The reagents are conveniently arranged on the test strip according to the reading time, and the urine test is simple and fast. It is worth having it for periodic self-tests. The pack of 120 test strips is considerably cheaper than my doctor's office visit copay.

Remember to get a stream going before you start to collect and try not to use the first bathroom break of the morning; the second one is best.
