Vit B complex with folic acid.
These tablets are tablets, not capsules, but are tiny and round. They’re only about 6-7mm in diameter and very thin so are extremely easy to swallow - a big deal for me.They have a slightly yeasty smell, as most B vitamins do, but there is no taste or aftertaste. In terms of the amount of each vitamin per tablet (1 tablets is considered a ‘serving’), the label says each is 100% of the Daily Recommended Intake.I compared these with my current B Complex capsules however, and my current one (a very good brand) has MUCH more mg per serving for several of the individual components. This would suggest that the Daily RI is mutable depending on who does the research.Since I’m not B Vit deficient as I already take a supplement, I’ve not noticed any difference taking these (but then again I wouldn’t if I’m not deficient) but so far I’ve no negative effects either so can only assume they’re working as intended.

Cant say much about this product, just hope it does what it says on the lable!
Nothing to add, they are vitamin supplements, establish for yourself if they do anything for you.

Misleading: not high strength, just 100% NRV. No evidence of origin.
Red Label Health 'Vitamin B Complex: High Strength Tablets' contains 400 one-a-day hard, uncoated, tablets, each delivering 100% of the EU's daily Nutrient Reference Value (NRV):- 1.1 mg Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)- 1.4 mg Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin)- 16 mg Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide)- 6 mg Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid)- 1.4 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride)- 50 μg Vitamin B7 (Biotin)- 200 μg Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid)- 2.5 μg Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin)The tablets also contain Microcrystalline Cellulose (bulking agent) and Magnesium Stearate (anti-caking agent), which are common for this type of supplement. The first thing that strikes me is that these tablets are not high strength as they claim, as they only contain the basic daily NRV; high-strength supplements normally provide several times these values—my usual high-strength B-Complex vitamns contain up to 45 times the amount! Yes, 45 times, i.e. 4545% NRV. Therefore the labelling at the front of the bag and advertising is utterly misleading—this is common with supplements and you always need to read the fine print. The tablets are round, small sized and easy to swallow. They smell as you would expect, and there is a faint taste as well.Red Label Health Ltd is not a registered company (not found on Companies House or the FSA), but it appears to be a subsidiary of RedLabelOutlet Limited, they share the same address and telephone number, which appear to be for a warehouse (shared with other unrelated businesses). Neither their website nor the packaging specify if they are the distributors or the manufacturers (evidence would indicate the former). The information on their packaging is clear; it has company name and address, website and email address, nutritional information, full list of ingredients, a batch number and expiry date (which was just over 21.5 months from receipt). It claims the tablets are made in Britain to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and to be ISO 2859-1 certified, however, there is no evidence of this on their Amazon item page or on Red Label Health's website: no mention of who actually manufactures these, or any actual certificates. The product is described as suitable for vegans; there isn't an allergy statement. At the time of writing, this product worked out at just over 1.5 pence per tablet, which could be good value for what they are, however they should not be marketed as high-strength and more information is required about its origin and safety.

Misleading supplements
The purchase was misleading because I expected a pack with 400 pills, but I received fewer( 360) and it's not refundable
