I really like the natural energy boost shilajit gives me. I find it easier to get going in the morning and don't fight with a mid-afternoon slump at work. Can’t say I noticed much difference…. Possibly may feel a slight bit more non fatigue or energized. Another problem ( at least for me) is it’s recommended to take twice a day. Would prefer taking once a day.

The taste of this when taken straight from the dropper is very odd. I don't hate it, but I made a weird face every time I tasted it. If you were putting it in something else you probably wouldn't notice it.I can't speak to any positive results (but I didn't notice anything negative either).So, for me, not enough positives to keep taking it, but if it helps you, I won't argue with you :)

I like this product. Its got a sweet almost grape like flavor and it is easy to administer. Of course there are a host of health beenfots with consistent use. My wife and daughter love. My daughter actually enjoyes it so much that she voluntarily added it to her own daily regime of supplements.There isn't too much more to say aside from the fact that this is a sticky liquid, or at least it can be. I've never quite had a sticky liquid dropper supplement. Perhaps sticky isn't the word to use. Maybe I should say its thick. I'm not complaining about it or saying the produxt is bad, but the viscosity is certainly so.ething that will eventually catch your attention.
