I've been buying Shaklee products for more than 35 years and they have always exceeded expectations in quality and effectiveness. I've studied about vitimins in general since I was 16 and now I'm over 70 and still very health. I believe, in part it is due to taking vitimins.

I spent $5.07 more than I would have going through my Shaklee REP, as I have a membership.. but it was worth getting it with PRIME quickly and to my door. BTW: Ladies, this vitamin is also for women. They added a MEN on to distinguish it from the WOMEN'S that has IRON in it. The MEN's DO NOT HAVE IRON. It can be trusted as a multi-vitamin for women too.

I have much more energy now! I had been pretty sick and slept 12 hrs. a day but now since I've been taking these I no longer need that much sleep! These have helped my vitamin D deficiency better than a vitamin D supplement alone. (Given I WAS most likely malnourished.) They have also helped my hypoglycemia. I no longer need to eat every 2-4 hrs because of a sugar low. (I could cry out of happiness. I won't, but I could.) I could feel the positive effect these had on my body very quickly, the second day fast. I am actually excited to take these everyday because this is the best I've felt in years. As for size, they are the same size as most other vitamin supplements. (Large) Definitely worth a try if you are considering a purchase!

This really works well defending against colds and gives me extra energy throughout my day. If I take this on an empty stomach I will be sick every single time so I just make sure I take it with something to eat. Love the extended release 12 hour value.

The reason I started taking the Shaklee Vitamins was a friend was selling them. I stopped for a short while and took another brand...they upset my stomach. I went back to taking the Shaklee ones. Definitely not cheap, but they seem to be doing a good job...I can tell when I've missed a dose. I take the Men's as it doesn't have the Iron...which isn't good for a menopausal woman.

Good product. Compares to old Vita Lea without iron formula. Very expensive though.

It's a well rounded out multi vitamin we've taken. Some others cost a fortune. Accordingly to the cost & value - It's a great value for the money. Since it has no iron it in it, ,I can take it too, since I'm post menopausal, I need no iron. We love it.
