4-Way spray is the same as Afrin spray!
The bottle spray 4-Way changed so much like lighter and mist. Before years ago, it was different shape and spray little more like upright, it helps a lot. It is like similar like to an Afrin nose spray. That's remind me of these; mist spray, super light. Sometimes it is working and the other time it is not working. Kind of disappointed.

Not 4 way nasal spray!
Not 4 way! I have used 4 way for 40 years and this isn’t it. Packaging is all wrong and the bottle is the same as the Afrin bottle. It doesn’t work and it taste wrong. After 40 years I think I would know.
