Its only ok. The material won't hold up for very long and the bag is not very big. It holds possibly 2 flakes internally depending on their size, or 4 if the top two are hanging out of the top.Its not made of a heavy canvas, rather a thinner version of a canvas-ish fabric with a plastic, rubbery lining to it. The size of the hole is adequate but the clip...oh, goodness. It would break in the first 2 bites a horse tries to take from the bag. I had to order spring clips just to hang this in the stall to try it out.I would look elsewhere. Its just not worth the money.

Terrible! Don’t be fooled by this listing. It’s a tiny tiny hay bag and it’s made of the cheapest quality material I’ve ever seen advertised for a livestock animal. An animal would rip this up in minutes. It’s not made of normal hay bag material. It’s not the size for a horse or cow. It’s maybe the size for a small goat but even then it’s small. It would only hold one flake of hay, maybe. It’s tiny. It may be useful for a small goat or sheep but again, the quality is so poor that even that doesn’t make it work it.

we purchased this for our cow while being transported to shows. It hangs well and is very durable. However, our cow just doesn’t like to eat out of the bag. Still a great product would highly recommend.
