Great product I can feel my around my neck my thyroid area. It’s usually a little puffy and almost like a doughnut since I’ve been using this product it has gone down and I like this product and I believe in it because it has both iodine and kelp so it balances out really well definitely you should give it a try for 30 days. You’ll see a difference. I know I do. I feel like you’ll definitely know with the first bottle if it’s for you or not.

U know like when people let you know your low on electrolytes by wiping their mouths as they pass by. LOL! No longer a problem for me going on a few years now thanks to this product! It has helped me sleep better, both falling asleep and staying asleep. I don’t have a problem swallowing the pills, seems like a standard size capsule. I feel it’s a bit pricey but the quality is great.

If you need more iodine in your system, this seems to work for me

My thumb nails have vertical lines and my feet and hands are cold. I realized I have iodine efficiency. I was looking for a kelp supplement with a third party testing because some kelp may have heavy metals from polluted sea. After doing some research, I found out this brand has third party testing. The price is higher than other brand but I don’t want to risk swallowing heavy metals everyday. It is just so hard to find clean products nowadays.
