This book is wonderful. It explains so many aspects of the healing process. Susan Gregg covers areas of healing I never considered. The questions are thought provoking. I originally ordered this book by Kindle format and realized that I wanted it in hard copy so I could use it as a hands-on resource. I am underlining every other word. If you have been strangled by the voice of others and desire to find your way back this book will help you reclaim your birthright. Wishing you a peaceful path to live with love instead of fear.

An amazing manual about obtaining personal freedom. Truly found it transformative. Liked it so much that I bought a copy of the original paperback for a friend.
