The Polar is a version of the MXS 5.0 specifically designed for operate in cold temperatures. The electronic components and the electric cables have been selected for able to withstand temperatures to which a normal charger shall cease to function. The Polar is able to play perfectly all of its functions up to a temperature of -30 °C so it can be safely used in mountain environment for charging the batteries of cats of snow skiing, or for the cars used in town.
