This has been my favorite multivitamin so far. When I first had my surgery I was taking 8 different vitamins daily. Eventually I was able to find a chewable vitamin that only required me to take it 3 times daily. I had trouble finding chewables that didn't have a disgusting after taste. Just recently I switched to barislim once a day and it's been great. I take one vitamin after breakfast and I'm set for the day. These are easy to swallow and I haven't had any stomach issues like I have with other multivitamins. Will be purchasing again !

its been a great switch over to barislim. 1 capsule a day makes it easy yo keep up with my daily requirements. i did some research and barislim has more vitamins than most of the chewables on the market that require you take 3 a day. also a 3 month supply which make it a great deal. would recommend to anyone

I had the sleeve done in 2010 and my blood work the last year or so is showing low iron and b-12 levels. II love that this vitamin is one a day. I honestly do not remember to take all of my pills if I have to take something 2 or 3 times a day. I will miss at least 1 dosage.I also like how the pills are east to swallow. I will have to update my post once I get updated labs done. I hope that these pills will successfully raise my iron and B-12 levels.

I was looking for a one a day vitamin and I came across these. I went through the first three months supply with no problem. Ordered my second bottle and took one pill and I had a reaction. My face and body broke out in hives. I am returning them and will not re-purchase them again.

I had gastric sleeve surgery and have been going through multiple vitamins. Most vitamins make me nauseous and hurt my stomach badly. This vitamin does not and I love it for that reason. I have not had lab work done since switching to this vitamin but I like it based on the fact that I can tolerate it. It is very gentle on my sensitive stomach.

I am 16 years post gastric bypass and my bloodwork has only been so-so for the last 8-10 years. I have a lot of trouble swallowing anything larger than a Tylenol caplet, so I was very leery at trying these, but I got them and I have no trouble at all. I had bloodwork done last week so in 4 months when it's done again I will update how these have worked. I currently have iron infusions at least twice a year and I get monthly B-12 injections. I am really hoping that these do the trick and get me up to where I need to be to stop those expensive treatments.

More bang for your buck. And, love taking just one pill a day and just supplementing with gummy calcium requirement.

My hair grew back in with 2 months of use I went through a phase of severe hairloss before taking these ..I feel great full of energy. However it does turn your urine bright yellow that's about it. I will update once I've Finished bottle.☝️update from that post.....I changed the rating from a five star because now I figured out this whole time I've been getting hives all over my arms every time taken and I wasn't sure why until I seen recent reviews stating the same thing..so I purchased another bottle and tried again sure enough 20 mins or so later HIVES again and very itchy...I'm bummed for one this is expensive and I really wanted to stick to one pill once a day...unfortunately I will have to find a new brand.
