Brilliant for my fish tank! I now have 3 of these, one for each of my tanks, connected to STC1000 temperature controllers. I am very impressed as they work equally well on my 300l tank and my 15l picos. The first 2 I purchased from B&Q and are slightly different but this fan is even better as you can even regulate the speed. I haven't even put the rechargeable battery in and just use it with the USB cable. You do need a charger plug though as it doesn't come with one (I am using old phone ones and just plug the usb cable into them). The cable is quite long too.

Works straight out of the box. Clip doubles up as a stand. Variable speed works only on battery power, as when plugged into a USB port has only one speed. Very quiet, but not silent. Noise increases with speed. Battery lasts a reasonable time, but on full about only 2 hours ish. Used in home office, clipped to a nearby shelf, and in the bedroom, clipped to the headboard. The power input is a mini USB, so you could use a phone charger to power it, if it runs out of battery power. I am happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  Absolutely love this fan!!!! Despite being compact, it certainly kicks a powerful punch!!Effortlessly clips on to a desk, table etc..... or can be used as a standalone on any surface. It is battery operated, which is rechargeable using the supplied USB cable. Perfect for use at home, work, travel, abroad - in fact, it can pretty much be used anywhere!!!Great value for the money too!!! Highly recommended and exactly what I was looking for!!! Fantastic! I've had numerous clip on fans/desk fans/mini fans and this is by far the best product I've had to date. The build is impressively strong and durable I can see these lasting the test of time. The spring for the clip is trade quality, the base is perfectly weighted so it will balance on a desk. The micro input for the usb is alligned and set properly on both units. (I purchased 2) I also think the unit can recharge the lithium battery it comes with, as theres a little 'charging' icon on the back next to the micro usb input, but this isn't mentioned anywhere in the manual. It has variable speed with a rotating on off switch. The black plastic feels and looks good in person. Its not the quietest fan but its still pretty darn good. I'm Super impressed,I did get them on sale for better than half price, but they are still worth the full price. Happy cutomer here! :)

Really love this fan. One of my best buys! Probably not quiet enough for some, but what do you expect for such a powerful little fan?Very versatile and flexible in use. Quality not too shabby either.The rechargeable battery feature is excellent as it means you can put it anywhere you find you need it without having to worry about power sockets being handy. I use at my work desk (work from home), in the garden and even when in the kitchen when it gets too hot whilst cooking!

I purchased this item to replace a similar fan I've had for some years. Having tried it, it is perfect for my requirements with easily adjustable speed settings, a robust clamp with which to attach it to a shelf overlooking my workspace. It manoeuvres into any position I want it and completely wire free. Once the battery has run out it will run from a usb port on a computer or a power bank, which I use. I couldn't be happier with it!

As in the title, it works but the dial to turn it on and off only does this.There is no noticeable difference in the speed of the fan when the dial is at its lowest setting or the highest.

Great for my newborn for when it was really hot, not loud/noisy and also can change the speed which was lovely as it was great on the lowest setting for my baby
