I ordered a large … I am about 40”.Made in China look for the least expensive way to fabricate a good product.They have only one style no right or left, and secured behind your back.IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO FLEX ENOUGH TO WORK BEHIND YOUR BACK DO NOT ORDER.It is well made deep enough pouch to hold my stoma pouch. Even used it with a one piece. Zipper was well thought out . Not all the way at the bottom. Several inches up. Keeping the weight off the zipper. Fabric is comfortable. I wear mine all day . To help with getting a snug fit but not too tight. I exhale when securing the Velcro behind my back with a slight tug. Velcro doesn’t dig into your skin/ cause itching. Hole is large enough for my barrier, and holds it in place. Great when I take my dog out for walks. No pouncing pouch ! If your active like I am and do quite a bit of lifting. It keeps it snug against the body preventing snagging the barrier and …

Smells horrible
It smells like burnt tires, the fabric is super scratchy, and the placement of the velcro is very odd and difficult to reach. I hate it in every way.

Good product
Fits great but the pouch is a little too short for some ostomy bags. Definitely worth the price and I plan on buying more.
