I really appreciated how this product came not only in an amazon box, but it's manufacturer packaging was also sealed in some wrap to prevent damage. I purchased this product for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was a perfect fit. The installation is a relatively quick process, and took me about 10 minutes, tops (Reattaching the clips was more difficult than the installation itself). If initially it seems as though this product doesn't fit 1) please ensure your have the correct filter, 2) ensure the filter is correctly installed. ** DISCLAIMER: I am not a mechanic!** However, this process was easy for me to follow, saved me some money, and I installed it myself. After installing this new engine filter, my vehicle has a nice clean start up, and smooth cruising. I will be purchasing again in the future when needed, as the price is affordable and is a quality product at that! Hopefully this will save you money and time as well :)
