The instructions for set up are extremely difficult to understand. The enclosed booklet to show you how to set everything up is so small, it's unreadable and when you navigate to the actual website, there are VERY few instructions. I've spent about 3 hours attempting to set it up and I have NO faith that the device will actually work. It's cheaply made, I spent $89 for it and then another $89 for yearly tracking, so I'm out $180 for something that looks like a toy, is complicated to set up (and I have NO idea whether it's set up correctly or not). Oh, and the app for my iPhone is difficult as well to set up. I'll return it today to Amazon, but I'm sure the annual tracking fee will not be returned. DON'T buy it.
