Litespan is a strong, tough, synthetic covering material for model aircraft which replaces tissue and dope. It is airtight, waterproof, resistant to diesel and glow fuels. It can be painted with most model paints- so it is an excellent material to apply to balsa or othe surfaces to prepare them for painting. It is heatsealed to the model (after coatng the model with Balsaloc adhesive) and then tightenened by extra heat.
