Not worth the money
I’m pretty sure this banner is for parties attended by actual elves and fairies. The banner is quite long but VERY narrow (my fault for not reading the dimensions more carefully) and feels as though it could rip quite easily. It does come with 5 balloons, but for $12.99, I feel ripped off.
