Website clearly states “package of 10”. I got ONE. Now I have to drive it ten miles to a UPS store to return.

knurled nut- has a hole and threads, aligned with 9/10 of the screws we tried. so I guess it was OK!

The product was a medium quality stainless knurled nut that was to be paired with a male stainless knurled screw for use. We ordered about a dozen units with an immediate need for 4 'sets' of fasteners. We discovered that manufacturing problems with the internal screw threads prevented full engagement without re-working the threads with our own taps and dies to chase the threaded area. While this was not critical to us, it was annoying, and the cost to do it was another $20-30 in labor. (still chaper than setting up to manufacture). For some buyers with no threading tools this kind of a problem could be insurmountable in placing the product into service. For most however it would simply be an inconvenience. Otherwise the product was good stainless with deep knurling cross hatch that facilitated a tight grip and good fastening action. We will buy again.
