Pros: • Really good product overall – does the job well. • Strong air throw; cools the area quickly near the unit. • Has been a lifesaver during the hot weather. Cons: • My window height is around 5 feet, and the vent hose isn’t long enough to reach it. I had to place the entire unit on a table to make it work. • Even at lower temperature settings, it only reduces the room temperature by about 2-3°C max. It is a little noisy, but it’s manageable. Nothing major to complain about.

Great! But a bit heavy. Well worth the price. Now summers gone it also doubles up as dehumidifier/room heater to quickly dry washed clothes.

Good air conditioner, keeps the room nice and cool. Gave up on the window curtain thing that the tube goes through so we just stick the tube out the window. Not the quietest but isn't much louder than your average fan.

I read the other reviews before buying so wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it is. It does everything it is supposed too. Keeps the room cold! Yes there is a little noise but no more than my previous Dyson fan so it doesn’t bother me at all! Easy to use and very happy as it arrived right before the hottest days and nights here!

Noisy

Had only a few months and an electrical fault has happened, blasting rotten fish smell out of the AC, absolutely disgusting. Reached out to customer service, will update review based on their response.

Really does the job.. I was a bit hesitant to begin with, but works amazing I even sorted the zip thing for the vent. My loft office is now ice cool. Nothing to complain about.. thanks

Excellent. Very impressed by the performance. Good quality and the noise is acceptable considering it is a movable air conditioner. It cool down my living room (300ft sq)quickly. Would buy another one later.

Ruidoso pero vale la pena. En una ciudad de mucha humedad y mucho calor en verano, colocando el tubo para que saque todo el agua y el conducto de aire por una ventana o balcón, se nota que refresca muy rápido y mantiene el ambiente fresco. Lo uso en unos 20 metros cuadrados y se nota muchísimo. Lo malo es el ruido, en la opción noche baja un poquito. Aún así, mejor dormir con tapones que con calor. Vale sin duda la pena, y para lo bien que funciona el precio está hasta barato. Lo llevo usando ya dos veranos a pleno rendimiento (lo uso varias horas al día y toda la noche) y sigue perfecto. Para ya estar perfectamente, usa este aparato más un ventilador, es ideal.

Für den Preis kann man nichts sagen, das Klimagerät macht seinen Job gut. Die Installation ist recht simpel, allerdings passt die mitgelieferte „Fensterabdichtung“ nicht wirklich an Deutsche Fenster. Mit ein weniger g Kreativität und handwerklichen können, kann man aber hier Lösungen basteln. Obwohl ich soweit zufrieden bin, habe ich mich trotzdem entschieden, die Maschine zurückzuschicken, da ich nicht bereit bin, diese dauerhaft laufen zu lassen (Stromkosten sind es mir nicht wert, mein Schlafzimmer erhitzt sich recht schnell, wenn sie nicht mehr läuft). Bei der kurzen Zeit, in der ich sie nutzen durfte, vielmehr auf, dass die Kühlung recht schnell eintritt und diese auch konstant eingehalten wurde. Der Geräuschpegel ist wie zu erwarten mit 65 dB laut. Der Schlafmodus hallt mit 58 dB - ich konnte allerdings damit einschlafen. Die mitgelieferte Fernbedienung macht die Steuerung aus der Ferne einfach und simpel Der Support von Shinco verdient ebenso ein Liob, da sie mir schnell antworteten und sogar sehr lösungsorientiert handeln. Wer ein Klimagerät zur dauerhaften Nutzung sucht und sich die Stromkosten nicht scheut, ist mit dem Klimagerät von Shinco für den Preis von unter 200€ (Stand 06.2025) nicht verkehrt.
