Awesome product as always from Bodylastics.

First purchased Bodylastics resistance bands back in 2018. Used them several times per week since then. Have had to replace some of them which lasted almost 5+ years. Bodylastics resistance is consistent with lbs rating listed and being able to remove the handle and attach bands together with one handle are all positives. They may cost more than some of the other brands but their quality and resistance is above other brands.

Yes, these bands really are something different and in several ways better than your usual. Very pleased with the elasticity as described, interesting hooking system, able to do a lot with them. A bit pricey but I can understand, these are a step up from the typical basic rubber bands. My only criticism is that the holding piece, what they call the door holding unit, does not have adjustable length so when rigged underneath the power rack bands do tend to come up a little higher than I’d like. So, you have to fiddle around a bit to get them the length you want, and at least in the main unit here I bought you’re going to get most of the benefit from squats, I’m really not sure how to make them work for bench presses or deadlifts as they are pretty long. I guess you could double loop them or shorten the looping somehow to do that. I’d like to be able to adjust the length a little bit more easily, but that’s just not how they’re designed. Still, very well-made and no regrets on buying them.

I replaced all cables and heavy machines with bodylastics bands and bars. It saved space and is easy to switch between exercises. I’m in my 60’s and the pump and burn I get has me looking and feeling 20 years younger. I’ve been using these for 6 years and if one just so happen to break it is replaced immediately and I only pay shipping fee. I am 100% satisfied. I order over and over as my creative mind think of more ways to maximize my workouts. Thanks Bodylastics I am a life time customer.
