Got this product for getting into those hard to get places and jetting away engrained dirt from grouting and int he hard to clean corners of the kitchen and for cleaning the oven I was really pleased to find that the steamer is really straight forward to use and comes with loads of different attachments making it really versatile. Its heats up really quickly (within a few minutes) making it useful in no time at all. If I could criticise one thing, and that is that the water tank isn't transparent so you cant tell how much steaming time you have left. Typically not a big issue (especially given the price) but would make a positive different if the design were changed in future. If it wasn't for this, it would have got a straight 5 stars. Nice product.

I love this steam cleaner, honestly a life saver. I initially searched around and saw some which a retailed a lot expensiver. I didn’t want to spend too much so I opted for this. It did an excellent job of removing mould, cleaning grout, the silver bits around the sink and crevices. It works wonders. Very easy to use, and I love the nozzles that come with it. It was so good, I actually went around my house looking for things to steam even though It wasn’t needed. Highly recommend.

Easy to use, good powerful steam, great on fabrics and hard surfaces. I was disappointed that there was only one micro fibre cover, and cannot see replacements to buy. I’m trying to make some, but really this is a nuisance.

Worked well the first two uses. On the third use... disaster! It started sprouting steam and hot water leaks, right at the point where your hand holds the hose. It burnt both me and my daughter. And of course... only 30 days to return the product.

After first use I thought It is not of much use but after using in the bathroom for tough strain .. really worth to keep it .. you get different attachments. Very quick and easy to use. Quality is also very nice. I wanted to return it but after using it .. decided to keep it.. good product to have it in your list to keep clean.. would recommend

Quality is good and steams well, however the container of water doesn’t last long enough to steam a full window and there’s a red thing on top that stops you from opening it when it’s steamed up hot until it cools down, I steamed half my window then needed to wait over an hour for the red thing to pop down to be able to open it to fill it back up to use the steamer again. Unfortunately Ile be going out to buy a different one as it would take me 2 days just to clean windows and doors which is not really practical
