I believe according to the bottle that these capsules have five types of vitamin C.They also contain D Ribose which looks to be an up and comer in the supplement field and is having a fair bit of research done into it at the moment.I’ve also heard a lot about Quercertin in since late 2020, and so was pleased to see this contained them all.The capsules are capsules, not tablets, which is a bonus when it comes to swallowing. They’re easy to swallow and have no discernable smell or taste.The amount of Vit C contained is pretty decent at 750mg although usually I take more than 1g.120 capsules is a four month supply at one per day, so it works out at about 18p per day which is pretty good value.I’ll be interested to see how I feel after a month or so, especially after reading about the touted benefits of D Ribose.

As I've only had it for 5 days it's too soon to tell whether it has any effect on me.The delivery was prompt and the capsules are easy to takie

Don't get me wrong, this is a high quality supplement that I really wanted to like as a stack to save me from buying separate supplements, but it didn't last me for 4 months as I found I needed to take a double dose to equal the amount of quercetin I need to take on a daily basis in order to stave off certain symptoms.

This is a very good formula with 5 forms of vitamin C plus D-ribose, DH quercetin and Bioperine, which have recently become popular with vitamin C supplements as they should help with faster absorption and effectiveness.There are 120 capsules, very standard size, easy to swallow and have a good 4-month supply. They are gentle on the stomach and haven't experienced any discomfort or aftertaste. This supplement should also increase iron absorption which is great if you have low iron like myself.Hope to see an increase in energy, improvement in collagen production, and less pain in the joints.I have started few days ago so can't comment on results just yet.
