Polar Ware Stainless Steel Cheese Kettle with Padded Bottom, 8.8-Quart

Very nice and I would have given it four stars except if your milk scorches the bottom, this pot is hard to clean and the rims are slanted so all the thermometers want to lay at an odd angle it would be better straight sided.

I started buying unpasteurized milk to make cheese. Loved it, but the small pan I used made things difficult. This solved that.

I spent the extra money for this product and another all based on the statement that they were a proud US manufacturer. Imagine my shock when the box arrived stating Made in China!!!!!! The bottom of the pot states China!!! Now maybe this company designs the product in the US but it certainly doesn't manufacture it in the US. To me this is false advertisement. I am very willing to pay more for made in the US, keeping jobs at home, but I won't pay high prices for foreign products. I will never buy polar ware products again due to their use of US manufactured when in reality it is made in China!!

Great pot. I’ve been using it to make cheese and it’s perfect.
