It made us feeling warm when we had a party outdoor
I have used it in my backyard when I have a party last week. It made us feeling warm when we had a party outdoor. It took my husband less than twenty minutes to do the assembling. The quality is great and it has a remote control. I think it is pretty safe for any family who has children because the height can be adjusted. I really like this heater because it works wonderful when we needed something to make us feel warm in the cold air. It really did meet my expectations! I would recommend it if you need a heater for outdoor!

Heater Doesn't Work
This heater seems defective. Bulb burnt connection wiring and can not be repaired. Used for only one season.Also impossible to contact vendor directly.

It's okay - does the job
The pictures makes it appear "clean" with no cords which isn't the case. They should show the cord in the pictures because it does make a difference in appearance. It was easy to assemble. The base had a ding in it. It would have been too hard to return so I just kept as is. It can only be adjusted in height by taking out one of the screwed in poles. It's either 42" or 72" - no in between. I can't get the remote control to work. It does heat fairly well.

I received the heater in a box and also purchased ...
I received the heater in a box and also purchased the assembly service. When the assembler arrived, he opened the box and found the base to be severely dented and broken. In addition, the instructions indicated that it should not be kept outside but only used outside when necessary but otherwise kept inside. I returned it because of the damage, but would not have even ordered it in the first place if I had known that it was not designed to be left outside exposed to the elements.

Base was beat up out of the box. Assembly was easy. The unit does work. Jury is still out regarding how effectively it heats.
