If you are looking for simple bag not so big nor too small with decent quality then go for it. It looks a little costly as compared to other bag brands but if u like the design then go for it quality is good. Note: Its not good purchase for school students who have lots of books and stuff.

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of this product and the level of customer support provided by the brand. I purchased this bag only four months ago, and despite following all care instructions and ensuring it was never washed, the color has already faded significantly. The bag now appears worn out and aged, as if it has been used for years. This level of deterioration in such a short time is simply unacceptable. This is not the first time I have encountered such issues with this brand. It is now clear to me that poor quality is a recurring problem, not a one-off exception. When I contacted customer service to report the issue, I was met with a generic response stating that no support could be offered as the 30-day return window had passed. There was no willingness to acknowledge the defect or provide any meaningful resolution. This dismissive attitude toward long-term customer satisfaction is extremely disappointing. I expected a product that reflected durability and reliability, especially considering the brand’s positioning and price point. What I received instead was a substandard item and complete indifference from the brand when concerns were raised. I deeply regret this purchase and will not be buying from this brand again. I will also strongly discourage others from doing so. A product should last more than a few months, and customers deserve better than scripted replies and rigid policies when issues arise due to clearly defective quality.
