Amazing portable breakfast, lunch or dinner with 12g of protein!
These are the perfect breakfast for anyone who has had the gastric sleeve surgery and are at minimum in the “soft foods” stage of post-op recovery! They are the perfect portion and leave me feeling just the right amount of full and satiated from the 12g of protein. The consistency and thickness are like yogurt with a little bit of fruit mixed in - all the flavors taste great. I think a case of 12 pouches for $3.33/ea ($40 total) is a bit over priced, especially to be purchasing a case 2-3 times a month. But, because my tastebuds and stomach are super picky now, and this is what I prefer for breakfast, I’ll pay the price, especially for the clean ingredients.

Easy and convenient
These are delicious. When I’m running to the gym or on the run I grab one of these and I’m good to go for my protein, calorie content and fruit for the morning. It’s a good quality, great value for my money. It gives me the perfect amount of energy and the convenience is perfect for the price.

Gross
I've been looking for easy ways to increase my protein, and these looked like a great idea. I read the reviews, and most of them were glowingly positive, so I decided to take a chance. When they arrived, I put them in the fridge, and I packed one in my lunch for the next day. I tried the Peach Mango first. I kneaded and kneaded the pouch for at least a minute. The first bite was so thick and grainy, I thought I was going to gag. I kneaded it some more hoping that would help. The second bite was not any better. I can't get past it, but it is SO thick and SO grainy and SO gross. I can't do it.

An ok product
They taste ok, healthy and convenient. They take a while to ship so you have to want them a month from now. They are drinkable so not too thick, and it’s a nice little snack. It isn’t enough for a meal replacement.

Great Flavor Options, Perfect for Breakfast
I LOVE these protein smoothies. Easy to eat on the go, I often have two to get in my protein intake for the day when I’m super busy! Highly recommend, great flavors.
