It worked great the first day charging my phone quickly and efficiently ...
I purchased this solar charger for my new Galaxy S5 phone. It worked great the first day charging my phone quickly and efficiently in fairly low light. The next day it failed to operate. I reread the simple instructions thinking the problem was "operator error" but no...it still didn't work. I removed the charger from my phone, turned off my phone then on again and reconnected the phone and charger. The charger "on switch" doesn't seem to connect the two in charging mode...the red light on the phone doesn't light up nor does the battery symbol indicate the phone is charging. I called the company Portable Solar Shop 1-888-879-2162, 24hour/7days and tried every option and each time got the recording "leave a message" and then "the mailbox is full" and then "try back later". I was going to send the charger by FedEx to Ghana, West Africa at a cost twice what the charger cost. I'm glad I tried it on my phone before sending it.

He really likes the idea of the case and it does work like it says
Bought this for my husband. He really likes the idea of the case and it does work like it says. the only bad thing about this case is that it has absolutely no protection for the screen.
