I wanted to like them but didn't. I used two of the larger ones around a rubber hose on a barbed fitting. They both just stripped out as I lightly tightened them and never got close to tight, I didn't over tighten them (never had a chance to). Perhaps they might work ok for simple applications not needing a firm solid hold. The good news is they were inexpencive.

These clamps look great and perfect for my application. And, they look good.
