I watched a YouTube video where this engineer runs a series of strenuous tests on hardware from different manufacturers. Well, this time around he bought hose clamps from 8 different manufacturers and ran them through pure hell. Every test culminated in the destruction of every single clamp. So, who was the winner? Norma was the clear front runner in nearly all of the tests. Which is why I bought a large supply of every single size that Norma makes for my automotive shop. Zero failures to date.

Excellent clamping and holding power

It's great that these clamps fit perfectly (to replace the 8 carb clamps on an '84 Honda VF700c Magna), work perfectly, and are made in the USA. They are narrow (9mm) and fit precisely into the carb boot grooves. Great price, also. Quickly delivered. Thanks!

Box said made in USA but clamp itself is stamped made in Germany. I use these in various sizes for clamping the boots of Toyota inner tie rods and CV joints. They fit perfectly into the grooves and feature rounded edges to prevent damaging the boot. I prefer these to the manufacturer's own one-use-special-tool-required clamps.

Much better clamp than available at the local auto parts store. This style of solid band clamp is tough to find except at shops which cater to European, Swedish, German, etc. cars which use these style clamps standard.

Used these for the carburetor boots on my 83 Yamaha Maxim 750, they worked great! Had to trim some off for the engine side but very happy with these as it would have been a much more expensive specialty purpose. The rounded edges are nice knowing they won’t cut into the expensive boots I purchased.
