The construction is very basic, and the materials are of average quality. Sadly the chair squeaks a little which I had not expected after just 8 weeks. The seating area is ample and comfortable.

We bought this chair for office use at home, and we did have a very long wait for it. But when it arriived, it was well packaged, and the assembly instructions were fairly simple (I am female, of a certain age, and I managed it). However, not all the holes in the leather for the screws were metal-edged, so some were a bit hard to see. Also, since the instructions come in illustration form (no written instructions), it is easy to get the screws muddled up (there are two sizes; long and a bit shorter) so you need to take care to differentiate the two.The chair is quite heavy, so I would advise assembling it in situ (I had to lug it up two flights of stairs, to the peril of both me and the chair), but comfortable and easy to adjust. It could be improved by an adjustable back, but this is an inexpensive item. and you do get what you pay for. Also, although it is supposed to be leather (so I have to accept that it is) it does look and smell very much like plastic.In conclusion, a comfortable chair, and good value at the price. Recommended.

There is nothing wrong with this chair as it is.It is exactly as it looks in the picture.Small, very hard and uncomfortable.The right angle formed by the back and the seat is extremely unnatural and uncomfortablethe little arm rests are hard as ironThis chair is exactly what one might expect for the price.More fool me for expecting more.

Its an Ok chair well made sturdy but not comfortable at all, and considering how often I have to sit in it I expected better to be honest.

I read other people's reviews before purchasing the chair and looked at other brands. I wanted a chair that could be adjusted to a particular height. I'm really pleased that I opted for the Trexus Rutland Manager's chair. The chair arrived within a day of placing the order, it was really easy to assemble and it's comfortable and good value for money.

These are sturdy, comfortable and if you get them at the right price; very affordable operator chairs. Pretty simple to assemble, and they look professional. We use these chairs in our office with people sat on them 8+ hours a day and have received great feedback with regards to the comfort.Only downside is the fixed back, but really this is a minor point as they are well-shaped ergonomically and have a decent lumbar support where you need it most.
