I purchased the Peri Peri Chili, mostly because it was the only one available at the time. Wow! Very, very...snappy? It's got a great kick--a bit too much for me to really chow down (it is supposed to be a snack, after all) but a great heat and flavor while still letting the beefy goodness come through. Texture is wonderful--not too dry, not too chewy. Looking forward to some of the other flavors!

This stuff is pretty good. There is definitely a distinct tangy flavor to it, but it's not overly bitter. I accidentally ordered the Peri Peri flavor, which I had tried in another brand and was not a fan of, but the Brooklyn Biltong version was much better, so I had no problem eating the entire order.I still wouldn't order the Peri Peri again intentionally, but I would definitely (and probably will) order Brooklyn Biltong brand again.

I like the small size and texture of biltong, but this stuff is a bit too spicy to just eat. I like a bit of spice in my jerky, but if I am just sitting at my desk, I don't want to have to go get some water just because I wanted a snack.

Overall I like it more than beef jerky because the texture is much better in my opinion.

I LOVE beef jerky but recently stopped eating it much because of the high sugar content. I randomly searched Amazon for sugar-free grass fed beef jerky. and Brooklyn Biltong came up. The flavor was on point, the texture was soft but not chewy, and I naturally ate the entire bag in one sitting. Thanks for making a great product.

This is very tasty biltong. Some of the best I have had. I traveled to South Africa a few years ago and fell in love with this stuff. This one has good spice and the meat is very tender. It’s my go to!

I've tried Stryve and Katahari biltong and didn't understand the big deal about biltong, which just seemed tough and a bit less beefy or entirely shredded and crumbly and got everywhere. This changed my mind. This biltong is delicious.
