I bought this IPL a couple of months ago and at first, I didn’t think it was really working. But I also didn’t realize that I can change the power once I figured that out I started using it about three times a week on high and Zapping the same spot up to three times each. Within about a month, my hair started slowly growing. But now my legs, which I used to have to shave every day, I can now wait a week and then shave. But even at that point, I don’t necessarily have to. My legs are still smooth, but I can feel just a little bit of hair , which is amazing because again I used to have to shave every day. And it was a must because my hair was thick. It was dark. It was very prickly but now that has changed. The hair that’s going back is softer very light. I can’t even see it and again I am at a point where I don’t have to shave every day but once a week , same thing on my arms. I’m Eastern European by descent and we have very thick dark hair even on the women so I’ve always shaved my legs and my arms my under arms and so on since I was 12. For that to change has been a miracle. For me to be able to go more than a day is a miracle. I even put satin sheets on my bed, which, normally after a day of not shaving, would not be a good situation, but now I’m silky smooth even once I get to the point where I need to shave. It is very easy to use does not hurt and for the money with other IPL I’ve seen definitely worth it. I wish I would’ve taken before pictures, but I was embarrassed. I did add some after pictures of my under arms.(Sorry in advance, but it helps to get an idea of where I’m at now). My hair under my arms I used to have to shave again every day, but now the growth is very slow. It seems that I get more growth on one Side more than the other, but still the growth is very slow and I can see some spots where there’s really no hair at all. The pictures I posted are day three of no shaving and they usually stay like that for about a week. The IPL is lightweight easy to hold has different options for different parts of your body. It is also very well-made and quality doesn’t feel cheap. Definitely worth the money because I’ve been to a salon where I had to have the laser done and the hair is still grew back, and I spent way more than with this at home. I am thrilled! And so thankful! It took me a while to figure out which one of these IPL I wanted, and I had this in my cart for the longest time and I’m so glad I finally hit the purchase button. It was well worth it.UPDATE:I had been really disappointed with how this worked for my face especially my little chin hairs. It has worked great all over my body except for there just the chin area, which is very stubborn. (Shaves peach fuzz as a teen…BIG MISTAKE) It seemed like the hair got thicker no matter what I did. It wouldn’t go away, no matter how many times I used it on they just didn’t seem to wanna stop growing. However, one day I decided to go ahead and use an ice cube on my chin and pull each chair one by one and then use the laser. And wouldn’t you know it for whatever reason that worked. the combination of the two seem to keep the hair growing very slowly, when it grew back, it was very thin, and easy to get rid of. So I’m gonna keep that combination going forward until I’m just doing maintenance and until I See where I can stop using it Altogether. Hopefully that will be soon, but this has been an amazing triumph for me and all of my years. I never thought I would see that.Also, the rest of my body, I am able to go about two weeks without shaving now, and the hair barely grows back.

Ok I never write reviews but I have to say after using a prior at home laser hair remover that didn’t work, I didn’t have high expectations for this one but was wrong. It does actually work!!! I have thick dark hair and I can now go days without shaving my armpits and I see the hair growing slower on my bikini area too. For $40, was totally worth it and would recommend.

I was looking to buy a different IPL device that was 3xs the cost and very popular, but I opted to try this one first. I'm really impressed. After 3 uses and 1 week, I saw and felt a difference. I usually shave twice a day (morning and pm). But the first night after using this device on highest level, 3 light flashes each spot, I did not need to shave again that night. The next morning, I got up and barely felt roughage and no shave was necessary. After 3 uses that first week, I saw no need to shave in my bikini for the first time in 25 years. I do have light skin and dark hair - I believe that is a huge deal with an IPL device. It took longer for my underarms. I needed 2 weeks use (4 xs each week) to see the underarms to really change! Again, i shaved under arms 2 xs a day and it quickly turned down to once every other day. Then, 1x a week. But my legs only took 3 uses to see and feel the difference. Worth it. Buy it. If your skin is light and hair is dark, it's gonna work. Functionality is easy and it works.It's lightweight and not awkward to hold. It fits in my medium size hands, and it fits in its box for storage after each use. You don't need to buy ULIKE, JOVs, or Braun. You can buy this one and it's GREAT.I put a pic of my leg after one week, no shaving. See. Nothing is there.

As a hairy man whose hair is on an increasingly determined mission to take over my body, I've had to resort to many rounds of laser hair removal. But after moving to a different city where laser hair removal is very expensive, I spent forever checking reviews to find a machine that I can use at home.This is it.It's not painful, and is so easy to use that it is a relaxing part of my week. Just shave the desired area, dry, put on the glasses that are provided, and set the strength to the level you are comfortable with. It's obviously not going to be identical to the results of a professional laser service, as the common person cannot be trusted with equipment as powerful as theirs. But this is way easier than waxing, epilating (TRAUMA), electrolysis (also traumatic), and plain old shaving that results in stubble mere hours later.It's been a month so far, and already I'm barely having to deal with the two-day hairbrush effect that my body hair presents itself as.Worth it.

This product is a decent value for the money & made of great quality! It is absolutely 100% painless hair removal! The only thing is you just need to be patient, because you see results gradually over time. But the longer that you use this product consistently, hair will appear thinner & as time goes on, you will realize that you don't have to shave quite as much as you used to/not as often. I'm not completely hairless just yet, but that is definitely my goal! I highly recommend this product!
