Been using these capsules for quite a few months now and I have found they have added & helped to improve my training sessions. Don't expect overnight results, but for me they have definitely been a positive and when used with an appropriate diet have been really beneficial improving my performance & helping me to get more personal bests while weight training. After using this product for a month I have noted a marked improvement in both my muscular endurance as well as aerobic endurance, an example of this was my ability to perform a rowing machine session by 18 minutes longer than previous to taking the product, at least 1-2 additional sets for weight training as well as lifting heavier by approx 10%.

Decent aid to building muscle

I have been using liposomal turkesterone capsules 1500mg for 4 months now, I take 1 in the morning and 1 the afternoon as part of my fitness routine. And with great results, have noticed a greater definition to my muscle mass and seem to be stronger. I can also train for longer sessions. I can only say it seems to have really helped me get back into good shape.

Used a few different brands of turkesterone, this is by far the best. By the end of the month cycle noticed a massive difference in strength and body composition. Also noticed a change in my mood, felt more confident and happy.

My husband says these are the absolute best!After the 3rd day of taking them he felt increased energy and his performance in the gym has never been better. I've waited to write a review until I had taken these for nearly a month to judge how the stack up.I have tried a few other brands before these with hit and miss results. I have to say I will be sticking with these from now on. They are great price for this supplement and I feel I have had a good benefit from them so far. Also the 60 you get in the pack are in gel capsule form so are easy to swallow. Overall a great product and price.
