Great attachment works triceps well

Item as expected and prompt delivery.

High quality strong metal lat pull down attachment, with a revolving hanger and rubber handles. This is a specific piece of kit designed to be ideal for isolation exercising with lat pull downs but in truth this can be used in various ways to target a few other muscle groups when applied correctly. The strength quality of this product is very good, it can take a knock and high resistance. The width is okay, I am 5’11 and its perfect width for me. If you are 6’3 or above, it may be a smidge too narrow and resembling more of a narrow grip. This is the downside to the fixed metal attachments. The handles seem to be reasonable quality, I have not used it extensively but the grip has not broken down yet. If you are looking for occasional use then I can assure you it will last. But I can’t comment on high volume use and its durability. Price is about right for the product range. It would be nice for it to be more competitive at £30. £45 is a bit high for me to really make it stand out among the competition.

Awesome piece of kit that gives one of the most insane bicep pumps when used as a preacher curl. But also strong enough for lat pull downs.

This works the triceps so much better and harder than a fixed V bar 10/10

Excellent high end gym quality kit 👌

I wondered at the first paragraph of the listing: “The shape of the bar is specifically designed to bicep and tricep contractions”. It’s a straight bar. A straight piece of metal-how do you specifically design a straight piece of metal? It’s a very strong piece of metal, the listing says it weighs 1.5kg-it doesn’t, it weighs 2.622kg-with substantial grips that are proper rubber. I could be wrong, but the carabiner doesn’t look as strong or substantial as the rest of the equipment. The bar itself could well stop a bull elephant from charging, the carabiner looks as if it would snap if the same elephant looked at it. If these carabiners were UIAA rated to 20kn, as carabiners used for climbing have to be I’d feel a lot happier. This isn’t the cheapest LAT pull down bar on Amazon by a long way, but I’m willing to bet it’s the strongest. I’ll be changing the carabiner on mine, but it’s still well worth the £29.89 asking price.

Great product...more than satisfied!

Parfait pour le couple biceps - triceps que ce soit en poulie haute ou en poulie basse. Le système ingénieux de rotation permet une parfaite isolation des muscles sans contrainte inutile et potentiellement nuisible au niveau des poignets et des coudes. La prise en main est excellente, le revêtement étant très agréable et ne glissant pas. Avec un poids de près de 3 Kilos on a vraiment un accessoire de qualité qui durera plus longtemps que nous. Ce n'est certes pas un accessoire indispensable pour un débutant qui monte son home-gym compte tenu des limites de son usage à quelques mouvements déterminés, mais cela le devient dès qu'on devient un peu sérieux et une fois qu'on y a goûté, difficile de s'en passer. Un must.

Die Bestellung verlief problemlos und die Lieferung erfolgte zügig. Der Artikel entspricht der Beschreibung und macht direkt einen sehr stabilen Eindruck. Das Eigengewicht der Stange ist angenehm schwer, was zusätzlich für ein wertiges Gefühl im Training sorgt. Die Ergonomie ist gut gelöst, die Gummigriffe bieten eine zuverlässige Rutschfestigkeit und liegen sicher in der Hand, auch bei höheren Gewichten. Die Stange lässt sich problemlos an verschiedenen Kabeltürmen nutzen und eignet sich sowohl für Trizepsdrücken nach unten als auch für Trizepsdrücken über Kopf. Insgesamt ein solides, funktionales Trainingsgerät, das seinen Zweck voll erfüllt und sich vielseitig im Krafttraining einsetzen lässt. Klare Empfehlung.

Great bar

Der Griff ergänzt meine Sammlung an unterschiedlichen Kabelzughilfen perfekt. Gerate für's Rudern bietet dieser Griff nochmal eine etwas weitere Möglichkeit zum Griff. Das hohe Eigengewicht bietet nochmal einen Impupls für etwas mehr Kraftanstrengung und Halt. Für Trizept-Übungen präferiere ich weiter meinen V-Griff oder ein Trizeps-Seil, da ich hier und da vom Gummigriff abrutsche und lieber den Halt nach unten habe. Allgemein lassen sich mit dem Griff aber einfach ein paar weitere Varianten in den Trainingsalltag einbauen für mehr Abwechslung. Der Griff ist in sich, wie erwähnt sehr schwer, das Drehgelenk ordentlich eingefettet und so bin ich sehr zuversichtlich, dass hier bei normalem Gebrauch nichts anfangen wird zu rosten oder zu verschleißen. Da Preis-/Leistung für mich passen, würde ich ihn durchaus weiterempfehlen. Zur besseren Einschätzung der Größenverhältnisse habe ich nochmal 2 Fotos mit angehangen, wo ich einen Trizeps-Griff und einen V-Griff daneben gelegt habe.
