I have found this product to be next to useless. Instead of speeding up floor washing it slows it down. I have resorted to an ordinary mop and bucket and the steam cleaner sits redundant in the utility room .

This machine cleans all right, but it needs strong fingers to use it. The trigger that turns the steam on is difficult to press while holding the handle, I found it almost impossible to use. Also the button to press to release the mop head is stiff, I was not able to use it at all. I wish designers would realise that not everyone has strong hands and fingers.

Very good quality product, it has a tool for everything. Warms up quickly doesn’t leak, easy to use and switching from long handle to hand held is a breeze.Lovely little bag to keep everything safe or there is little hole to place some of the attachment's on itPleased with this item

Great machine, but it was missing the extra mop cloths and no cleaner in the box. If these had been there, I would have gone 5 * for sure
